1. Four-year independent research (early 1990s) in root cause analysis of the success and failure of business establishments (majorly focused upon small- and mediumscale enterprises). 2. Five-Year Independent Research (2015–2020) in Root Cause Identification from the Management Perspective of: (I). Mental disorders, and understanding the prevalent preventive and remedial measures and their effectiveness. (II). Marital conflicts and the cause(s) of increasing numbers of marital separations and broken families. (III). Life Miseries. Targeted countries for research: India, the Philippines, and the USA. 3. The Development of Prana Conscious Life Management (CLM) Approach: A Journey from Granted Life Management to Conscious Life Management (CLM), which can prove to be a boon to humankind and to society, at large, universally. The approach is also highly helpful in the recovery from mental and personality disorders. During the R&D period, 5 cases of serious mental illness with suicidal tendency (who were on medication and counseling for over 4 years without any positive outcome) and 10 cases of other personality disorders were undertaken for trial. A 100% success rate was achieved. 4. Personal transformation and development by self-initiative, that too without any external guidance or inspiration, and without any motive of gain.
